Eduardo Barreto is an engineer who earned his MBA from Michigan State University. He acted in the Corporate Finance division of Banco Pactual and was the managing partner of Icatu Private Equity. He is an expert in restructuring and was the CEO of important companies such as Scott Paper Brazil, Jari Celulose Project, Microlite, J. Macedo (Farinhas Dona Benta). He is a member of AM-Cham, Rio de Janeiro, and a Board Member of Sao Rafael Foundation (Xerox Pension Fund). Nowadays, he is Senior Counselor and responsible for business development at A.T.Kearney Management Consulting and Senior Advisor at The Forest Company, a reforestation Fund.

He has created, led and executed transactions in food, beverages, mining, agribusiness, cellulose, shopping mall, logistics, retail trade, technology, and telecommunication sectors.

 

Paulo Calmon Villas Boas Filho

Paulo Villas Boas Filho acted for 12 years in financial institutions, such as Grupo Econômico and Grupo Mariani – BBM, in the corporate area where he acquired expertise in corporate operation and credit.

Besides acting for Sao Jose, he is also a consultant associated with Howarth International, a global auditor and advisory company. During the last 10 years, he assisted Brazilian and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of debts and structuring of funding for “start up” projects.

He has created, led and executed transactions in retail trade, distribution, logistics, transportation, telecommunication, technology, Internet , civil construction, mining, hotel management, and tourism sectors.
